Chief Executive Officer / Chief Technology Officer, Kent Weisenberg
Kent has led the SIPP industry for nearly 25 years conceptualizing, designing, engineering and implementing robotic devices, methods and ancillaries for the pipeline rehabilitation industry. Mr. Weisenberg holds a BS in Applied Sciences Engineering and is the sole named inventor on 42 US and foreign patents. He was the first globally to design, patent and implement robotics for the installation of structurally interactive and structurally independent SIPP liner systems. Equally important, he currently has an additional 14 patent applications in various stages of publication by the USPTO. Kent is currently seated as both chair and active member on several ASTM and AWWA standards committees as well as a board member on the Trenchless Technology Center’s Industry Advisory Committee and remains the foremost industry champion for the advancement of SIPP technologies. Additionally, as a member of Engineers Without Borders, Mr. Weisenberg has been collaborating with industry leaders in supporting developing communities around the world.
President, James L. Tadtman, P.E.
James has been an undeniable influence in the advancement of pipeline rehabilitation technologies for the past 40 years. After serving in Vietnam in the Army Corp of Engineers, Jim's career began as a civil designer and engineer for the City of Wichita, Kansas. It didn’t take long for Jim to gain knowledge and vision and build a corporation. He quickly became one of the first innovators and installation engineers, capitalizing on Insituform Cured in Place technology which revolutionized the sewer pipeline rehabilitation industry.
Chief Business Development Officer, Dr. Tom Iseley
Ph.D., P.E., Dist. M. ASCE, PWAM, CETF Professor of Civil Engineering, Director of International Operations, Director and Founding Member of Trenchless Technology Center, UNITRACC International, Louisiana Tech University Ruston, LA & Chairman, Buried Asset Management Institute-International, Inc., Founding Member, Director of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology.
Tom has over 40 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of underground infrastructure systems and has also maintained an international leadership position in trenchless technology and buried infrastructure asset management. He served for 3 years as the chairman of the National Utility Contractors Association’s (NUCA) Trenchless Technology Committee, and he received NUCA’s 1993 Associate Member of the Year Award. Also, in 1993, Dr. Iseley was selected as the Trenchless Technology Magazine’s Person of the Year. He received the ASCE 1995 John O. Bickel Award and the 1999 Stephen D. Bechtel Pipeline Engineering Award. He has served on the board of directors of the American Underground-construction Association (AUA) from 1991 to 2005. In 2001, he received NASTT’s Life Time Achievement Award. In 2015, he was selected by the Board of Direction for ASCE for the Distinguished Member Award. In 2016, he received the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) Award from the Underground Construction Technology Association. Dr. Iseley has been elected to the Class of 2016 of the National Academy of Construction (NAC). Iseley will be inducted into the 2017 NASTT Hall of Fame.
Chief Design Officer, P.E., PLS, Joe Barsoom
Joe Barsoom, has had a decorated career in in civil engineering, planning, design and construction management of public works projects for the past 53 years. As Director of the Municipal Forum Program and Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Trenchless Technology Center and as Chairman of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F-17 Committee, Joe is considered one of the leading experts in the trenchless technology field. In 2000, he was voted Trenchless Technology Person of the Year was awarded the ASCE 2010 Stephen D. Bechtel Pipeline Engineering Award recognizing his contributions to the advancement of pipeline engineering, development of engineering standards and practices for Trenchless Rehabilitation.
