Development & Implementation
An incalculable combination of education and experience allows us to firstly understand our operators' needs and then evolve the conceptualization process to meet market demands as well as industry requirements resulting in clearly defined product specifications.
Design and Engineering
Utilizing newly advanced 3D CAD, ANSYS and finite element analysis (FEA) tools, we create optimized robotic systems and make accurate stress, strain and fracture analyses of pipe lining structures to develop innovative solutions based on the specified performance criteria.
The components of completed system designs are identified and fabricated in our modern machine shop. All the prototype assembling, pre-testing and QA/QC protocols are finished by our professional engineering team in the shop and lab to reach a short and efficient prototyping process. Upon completion we then transfer the design to our prototype development area for assembly.
The prototype is tested under actual conditions in accordance with all field parameters, requirements and industry standards. Efficacy, reliability and repeatability are not just our mantra, they are inherent in every facet of our design and engineering philosophies and practice.
SippTech is the only global corporation that provides robotic technologies for the pipe rehabilitation market to assure its operators that their purchases / leases are protected from duplication by their competitors. Our in-house intellectual property attorney works meticulously with our design team from conceptualization through implementation to strictly adhere to all USPTO requirements.
Our trifecta; devices, methods and materials, are the most adaptable and innovative technologies available. We do not conceptualize based solely on individual markets. This inherent versatility allows our operators to utilize the trilogy in multiple markets inclusive of, but not limited to municipal, industrial, institutional and governmental which in turn offers them incredible revenue generating opportunities.
Our partnerships don't end with the equipment lease or sale. The Operator Partnership Program (OPP) is inclusive of intense classroom and field training, on-the-job training, as well as yearly refresher courses and instruction on new products and methods. We are continually available for after sale support, quality assurance audits or any other requested services to ensure all our OPP's are completely satisfied.

Our complex also includes a 2,000 sq. ft. classroom inclusive of a laboratory to afford our new operators technology and methodology training that is unparalleled in the industry. Attendees are meticulously trained in the classroom, laboratory and then complete their certification in our outdoor test range where they are trained in multiple real-world pipeline application scenarios.
In all of our curriculums, safety is stressed continuously through best practice teachings and training by our in-house Certified Safety Manager. Additionally, our operators are trained in all aspects of applicable ASTM, AWWA and other industry standards as they relate to the specific technology industry. We feel that knowing what is required through these standards is imperative as they are authored to protect and assist future customers therein promoting quality applications and successful business relationships.
